(Cover) - EN Star Style - Anne Hathaway spent two years checking her eyes daily for wrinkles as she was so concerned about ageing.

The 27-year-old is known for her pale skin and wide eyes, but admits she used to doubt her appearance. The acting industry can be shallow, but Anne has worked hard to stop letting other people affect her self-confidence.

I had someone offer me Botox at 23. From the age of 25 to 27 and this is a little embarrassing to admit I looked under my eyes every single day, because I just thought, Its going, its going, its going! And then I realised the other day that theyre not wrinkles, theyre smile lines, she told the December issue of UK magazine Elle. If you look at a picture of me from a young age, Ive been smiling the same way since I was little. And I had that wonderful moment when you realise, Thats just who I am. Botox would erase that.

The star has recently gained weight for a movie role, but remains philosophical about how she looks. She thinks theres no point worrying about looking a certain way if it isnt how your natural body shape is, and is content with her curves.

Im quite curvy right now. And I have to go out there in front of all these people and do these photos and feel great about myself, she said. Ive hit the point in my life where I understand that being skinny is not sustainable, and nor is it advisable, and nor is it enjoyable. (C) Cover Media
