(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Anne Hathaway's family are said to be keen for her to marry in New Jersey.

The actress is currently planning her wedding to Adam Schulman, which will reportedly take place next year.

Although her representative has insisted the couple are yet to settle on a venue for their nuptials, Anne's loved one apparently have their own ideas.

The actress moved to Millburn, New Jersey, when she was little and spent every summer in the Cape May area when she was growing up.

Her family apparently thinks it would be the perfect place for the wedding.

"A source close to Hathaway tells us her kin would really love' for the brunette beauty to get married in Cape May, N.J.," reports New York Daily News.

Anne retreated to the area after her highly-publicised break-up from Raffaello Follieri in 2008.

She's previously spoken of how much she loves Cape May, and New Jersey in general.

The star has said everyone should holiday there, and was keen to point out it's not really like the place people have seen on MTV show Jersey Shore.

"I think that Jersey Shore is awesome. I've gone to Cape May every summer of my life," she previously said.

"When I first saw the show, I thought, Wow, they are having a very different experience there than my experience in Cape May. I thought the first season of the show was awesome because it was authentic, but I don't watch it any more because now they know that there's a camera there In the episode I saw, The Situation [Mike Sorrentino] car got towed, and he was like, We've got a situation here, and The Situation is the situation.'"
