Seems like Sujoy Ghosh has found his 'Durga Rani Singh' in Anushka Sharma. Rumour has it that the filmmaker and the actress recently met at a café shop and were in deep conversation for couple of hours.

Even though there is no confirmation yet, speculations suggest that Ghosh might sign Anushka for the lead role in his next.

The flick was earlier offered to Vidya Balan, Kangana Ranaut and Kareena Kapoor Khan. So now if Anushka gives a nod, it would be interesting to watch her in a never before seen role.
