Music maestro A. R. Rahman has composed a signature tune for 17th Jio Mumbai Film Festival. This is the first ever time MAMI will have its signature tune.
Rahman said,"The 17th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival is about creating, celebrating and nurturing cinema. I am very pleased to support the festival. I hope the people of Mumbai and India come and partake in this incredible movie feast."
Signature tune will be played in full from end of October 2015 to November 5, 2015. It narrates stories of our celebrities and the special bond they share with the city.
Movie critic Anupama Chopra said, "Movies and music are inseparable in India. We are grateful for his generosity and support. We are also grateful to all the work put in by Vikramaditya Motwane and his team, and all the talent that made time for Jio MAMI."
