Arjun Rampal impresses Sudhir Mishra

3rd September 2012

Filmmaker Sudhir Mishra has often been known for his classic cult parallel films that make the world sit back and think. His choice of actors has been as unconventional as his films, and every time anyone raises doubts over his preference of actors, he proves his detractors wrong by showing the actor in a very different light.

We've seen how Chitrangada Singh, Shiney Ahuja and Arunoday Singh fostered under his wings are were praised for their acting skills in their respective films they did for Sudhir. And now it is the turn of National Award Winner Arjun Rampal who will stun the world with his performance, says Sudhir.

Sudhir has casted the 'Ra.One' antagonist in the film 'Inkaar' which is about gender politics with the background of a media agency. He mentioned that he is heavily impressed with Arjun's performance in the film and is convinced that no one will dare to question his acting abilities after the release of this film.

"I'm very happy with the result, especially the performances. After this, I don't think anyone will ever say... they've stopped already, but I don't think anyone will ever again say that Arjun Rampal is not an actor. It's a guarantee," said a confident Sudhir.

The film has been in the making since quite some time now but there has been a lot of confusion on its release. However, after going back and forth on date, Sudhir has decided that the film will release in January 2013.

"Two of Arjun's films ('Heroine' and 'Chakravyuh') are coming back to back, so we decided to take a break in between. I don't want to hurry up the post-production," said Sudhir.
