(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ashley Tisdale rode a motorcycle for the first time while filming TV series Sons of Anarchy.

The former High School Musical star, who is keen to shed her good girl image, plays high-class hooker Emma Jean on the FX network crime drama.

The 27-year-old's character was introduced to the series just last week.

And she says being up on two wheels with Charlie Hunnam, who plays bad boy Jackson "Jax" Teller, made her giddy as a schoolgirl.

"It was actually my first time ever being on a motorcycle, and Charlie Hunnam was the first person to give me a ride," she told Entertainment Weekly.

"I thought that was amazing, because I am a big fan of his. Like, I don't get starstruck because I've met Angelina Jolie, I've met tons of people."

The actress admits she had to cool her nerves around the actor.

"For some reason, because I watch the show religiously, I just was so starstruck every single time," she revealed.

"The worst was when I had to do the table read for [my] second episode because everybody in the show was there, and I was like shaking. I was so nervous. But it was the coolest thing ever." (C) Cover Media
