(Cover) - EN Star Style - Ashton Kutcher realises he didnt let [himself] go enough before shooting No Strings Attached.

The 33-year-old American hunk sets hearts racing in his latest comedy, where he plays an aspiring TV writer named Adam who begins a casual fling with a doctor named Emma played by Natalie Portman.

Ashton reveals his muscular physique during some rather racy scenes in the movie, and has been shocked by the number of compliments he has received about his body as hed actually tried to look less buff than usual for the role.

I felt making sure that this character was real was really important and so Ivan [Reitman, the director] and I had a little discussion, I said, I think Im gonna let myself go a little bit for it. But apparently I didnt let myself go enough because it seems to be the only thing that anybody wants to talk about, he laughed to Cover Media.

Ashton insists he actually stopped working out before making No Strings Attached. He teased that through his experience of working in TV, the men behind the scenes are rarely as sculpted as those on screen.

I said you know this guys a production assistant/aspiring writer, I know a lot of these guys and none of them are particularly fit, he joked. (C) Cover Media
