While there is so much hassle on the borders of both the neighbouring states India and Pakistan, the environment is not healthy in the film industry too. There is a ban on Pakistani artists to work in Indian films and the future of the films which are ready to hit the theatres featuring Pakistani artists is in danger.
Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the lead also stars Fawad Khan, who basically hails from Pakistan. Till now Karan Johar kept mum on this topic but he has finally expressed his views through a video message.
Here's what B-Town artists has to say about it.
Mini Mathur- "Making @karanjohar & his #ADHD team suffer is like cutting off YOUR own nose to freak your neighbour out. Beyond Ridiculous."
Anurag Kashyap- "The World must learn from us.. We solve all our problems by blaming it on movies and banning it.. #ADHM . With you on this @karanjohar."
Tanuj Garg- "Sad that a citizen of a democracy is bullied into doing a video to emphasise his patriotism to pseudo-patriotic political thugs @karanjohar."
