Bollywood actress Shikha Joshi who was seen in the film 'BA Pass' has been found dead at her rented apartment in Versova.

She was found in a gruesome condition, lying in a pool of blood with a knife lodged inside her throat. Shikha used to live with her roommate at Mhada's Rajyog Society.

No suicide note has been recovered so far and the police is ongoing with the case suspecting it to be a suicide case. Joshi had raked up a controversy in 2011 on alleged molestation by a doctor who has done her breast implant surgery.

According to a report, the actress' roommate reached the flat and knocked at the door when Joshi who was inside the flat asked her to wait for a couple of minutes but she didn't open the door and at last, the roommate opened the door with her key to find her dead. She was confirmed dead at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital.
