Penn Badgley "thinks it's fantastic" that his ex-girlfriend Blake Lively married Ryan Reynolds over the weekend.

Charleston, South Carolina based radio station 95.1 FM tweeted that Blake and Ryan were seen Sunday exchanging vows at "the Cotton Docks" at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, a town just outside the city.

The top secret nuptial ceremony has not yet been confirmed by the couple's representatives.

Penn has heard through the grapevine that Blake and Ryan are indeed man and wife and is elated for the newlyweds.

"I actually didn't know until last night, but I think it's fantastic," Penn told People while promoting his new film Greetings from Tim Buckley at the Toronto International Film Festival. "I couldn't be happier for her."

Although Penn and Blake broke up in 2010 after spending three years together, Penn has no hard feelings about his ex marrying someone else.

He is in a great relationship with Zo Kravitz currently.

"I'm so happy for her. [I heard about it from] people who are close to her," he said.

"I think it's everything that it should be."
