Producer Bellamkonda Suresh has acquired the Telugu dubbing rights of Surya and Karthi's upcoming Tamil movies - Maatran and Sakuni. Suriya and Karthi are brothers and are sons to veteran actor Sivakumar.

While Maatran is directed by K V Anand of the Rangam fame, Sakuni is directed by newcomer Shankar Dayal. Both films are taking shape fast and are expected to hit the screens in the first quarter of 2012.

The brothers have a sizeable market in Telugu as their previous movies, which were dubbed and released in Andhra Pradesh, became successfull at the box office. 

Bellamkonda, who recently tasted success by dubbing Kanchana into Telugu, is now pinning hopes on Maatran and Sakuni. In the meantime, he is also producing Gautham Vasudev Menon's trilingual - Nuvve Naa Vasantham- starring Nani and Samantha in Telugu, Jiiva and Samantha in Tamil and Aditya Roy Kapoor and Samantha in Hindi.
