Brad Pitt has reportedly spent 250,000 on a shooting range as a wedding present for Angelina Jolie.

There is much speculation surrounding when the Hollywood pair will tie the knot after they announced their engagement earlier this year.

Despite not knowing when the couple will wed, Brad has reportedly splashed out on an unconventional wedding present for his bride-to-be.

"Brad had a lot to live up with his wedding gift considering Angelina exchanged vials of blood with her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton," a source told British newspaper The Sun.

"But Ange clearly finds shooting an aphrodisiac. When she and Brad were around weapons on the set of 2005's Mr & Mrs Smith they ended up together.

"And by letting Angelina de-stress at the range, he's less likely to get earache indoors. There's a lot to be said for that when you have six kids."

The expensive shooting range comes with "people-shaped targets" and has been erected on the sprawling grounds of the pair's Miraval estate in southern France.

Angelina and long-term partner Brad were thought to be marrying at their French home last month, however Angelina laughed off the speculation while in Greece.
