(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Beyonc Knowles has premiered the music promo for her new single Best Thing I Never Had.

The singer's second release from her latest album, 4, is a change from the high-tempo single Run the World (Girls). The ballad which was co-written by Babyface talks about a former lover who she no longer has feelings for.

The video, which sees 29-year-old Beyonc showing off her enviable curves in sexy lingerie, was premiered yesterday.

In the opening shot, the star is in a lavish dressing room as she seductively poses in a lacy corset with garters. In other clips, Beyonc is seen playing with a tiara and a veil as she begins to get dressed. The promo also features scenes from the past, where the beauty is seen attending her high school prom with her ex-boyfriend. However, Beyonc is left upset when her date's eyes wander and he ends up getting close to another girl on the dancefloor.

Near the end of the video, Beyonc is seen walking down the aisle on her wedding day and exchanging vows with another man. Later clips show the newlyweds happily dancing with friends and family and in one shot the groom removes a garter from her leg.

Beyonc also appears on top of a grassy hill in a stunning gown as she belts out the track. (C) Cover Media
