(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Beyonc Knowles says her main ambition for the coming year is to have inner peace.

The 29-year-old singer is one of the worlds most successful stars, having received numerous Grammy Awards with her hit albums such as the 2008 smash I Am... Sasha Fierce.

She was ranked second on Forbes list of the 100 Most Powerful and Influential celebrities in the world last year, and also topped the list of the Most Powerful and Influential musicians in the world, although she insists her main goal is simply to carry on being as happy as she is right now.

This time next year I hope to continue to be happy with inner peace, she told the British edition of Cosmopolitan.

Beyonc also imparted some words of wisdom for her fans to follow. She claims the best advice she was given in the past 12 months was that enduring tough times make us realise our inner strength.
