The whole team behind 'Billa 2' seems to be so professional in the way things are being handled. Immediately after completing the shooting as planned (in just 93 days), plans are now on to promote the movie in a big way.

According to Sunir Khetrapal of IN Entertainment (Hinduja Group company), which is producing the film, 'The last schedule of 'Billa 2' in Georgia is over. Completed within 93 days of shooting; 5 days of patch work still remains. The first look of the film will be unveiled during Pongal , trailer in February, audio launch in March and will release in April 2012, as the big summer movie.'

A prequel to Ajith's earlier hit 'Billa' (a remake of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer of the same title), 'Billa 2' is directed by Chakri Toleti of Kamal Haasan's 'Unnai Pol Oruvan' fame. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director of the film.

Model turned actress Parvathi Omanakutten is thelead actress of the film. Says Ajith, 'It feels great to be part of 'Billa 2'. Chakrti Toleti  is immensely talented and he has shaped up the movie well.'
