Blake Lively: I'm my own stylist

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Blake Lively bases her wardrobe choices on her mood.

The Gossip Girl actress is known for her impeccable style.

Blake does not enlist professional help when she chooses her outfits, as she prefers a more personal approach.

"I don't work with a stylist," Blake told Us Weekly magazine.

"I just like whatever I'm feeling. Sometimes things are really beautiful, but they just don't photograph well, and that's that. I don't know, I don't really look at pictures of me when I'm in public."

Blake's beauty routine is low maintenance. The star does not spend a lot of time primping her hair before she loves the house.

"What I literally do is I just get out of the shower, put [my hair] in a ballerina bun, I dry it a little, then put it back in a ballerina bun," she explained. "Then I take it out and it's just wavy. So, I'm lucky that it holds that, but some days, it doesn't look so good!"

Fashion is equally as important to Blake as charity. The benevolent actress recently created a one-of-a-kind cupcake for Sprinkles bakery in New York City to benefit those suffering from famine in Somalia.

"They're delicious and [the proceeds go] to such an incredible cause," Blake said. "The news as of August was, in 90 days, 29,000 children had died and 649,000 were still endangered and dying at any moment, because it's the worst famine in 60 years. It's so incredibly heartbreaking and I found that it's hard to have people just sign a check unless they get something out of that, so this is a good way to inspire people and to give back."
