(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Brad Pitt is reportedly planning to put 10,000 flower arrangements on every table at his wedding.

The actor and his partner of seven years Angelina Jolie are now engaged, with their nuptials said to be taking place at their home in France later this year. It's been widely reported that Brad has been busy planning the ceremony and reception, which will include locally-sourced food.

"Brad's talking about a Chinese firework display after the 12-course French feast, rides for the kids and a limited-edition work of art for each of the 200 guests," an insider told UK magazine Grazia. "He's gone flower crazy too, wanting 10,000 displays on every table. He's even planning to build a helipad at the chateau, but is having trouble with the French aviation authorities."

Although Angelina is touched by the effort her fianc is going to, she is said to be feeling overwhelmed. The actress has even raised the idea of marrying next year so they have more time to consolidate plans.

"[She] wants to push the date back to next year and keeps suggesting something low-key and intimate, but Brad won't have any of it. He's devoting every waking moment to planning this and wants it to be the best day of their life," the source said.

Brad is currently at the Cannes Film Festival to promote his latest movie Killing Them Softly. He appeared at a press conference for the release today and attempted to deflect wedding speculation.

"We actually, really and truly, have no date," he said.

"It's just something that makes sense to us, and certainly date-wise, it's just a rumour. We're still hoping that we can figure out marriage equality in the states before that date." (C) Cover Media
