(Cover) - EN Movies - Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis are the latest stars to be added to the cast of The Dark Knight Rises.

Directed by Christopher Nolan, the highly anticipated movie will be his final instalment in the superhero franchise based on the Batman comics, and is scheduled for release in 2012.

A host of A-listers have already been confirmed to appear in the picture, including Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman and Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate. It has now been reported on Variety that newcomers Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis will join returning castmembers such as Christian Bale in the action movie.

The publication reports that Brett and Chris will only have small roles, with the latter portraying a priest and the former a judge.

Brett, 54, has made TV appearances in shows such as Lost and Ugly Betty, as well as appearing in movies such as Ghost Rider. Meanwhile, 55-year-old Chris has starred in action films such as 2007 smash Transformers. (C) Cover Media
