The gorgeous star is best known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, as well as her work for the lingerie brand Victoria's Secret.

But despite regularly flaunting her heavenly body, the 23-year-old insists she prefers being covered-up in casual attire to parading around in a skimpy bikini.

Dressed! 100 million, thousand percent! I'm definitely a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl," she replied when asked by US Magazine if she would rather be dressed for an exotic beach shoot or scantily clad.

Brooklyn also offered some beauty tips for ladies hoping to achieve her goddess-like appearance when they visit the seaside. The star shaves her slender pins on a daily basis and is always sure to exfoliate. She also uses a clear spray-on sunscreen rather than heavy creams when protecting her fair skin from the sun as it leaves her body with a nice glossy sheen. (C) Cover Media
