(Cover) - EN Star Style - Bryan Greenberg was told by his TV producer to "step us [his] fashion game".

The 33-year-old actor stars as Ben Epstein in HBO series How to Make It in America, which follows his character and friend Cam Calderon trying to succeed in New York's prestigious fashion scene.

Despite playing a wannabe fashion entrepreneur on TV, Bryan admits he's still attempting to elevate his fashion profile off screen.

"I'm starting to get into it, but I'm from the Midwest and it's not naturally my thing," he told Style.com. "I am a more jeans and T-shirt guy, but my producer told me I needed to step my fashion game updirect quoteso I'm trying."

How to Make It in America has been signed for a second season and is currently in production. In the show's first season, Ben, and his business partner, Cam who is played by Victor Rasuk - were struggling to launch their denim line.

This season, Bryan revealed, the line is on the brink of massive success, and is focused more on "street fashion". (C) Cover Media
