A representative from Avon says that Carl Edwards has been signed as the face of the new range of fragrances because like him the new perfumes are for men who exude a cool yet confident attitude, Avon has tried its best to incorporate the confidence with which a driver rides his car in the new line of fragrances.
Speaking to the media, Avon says that strength, determination and dedication are the three qualities that the brand abides by and all these qualities are very much prominent in the character of Carl Edwards and that was primarily why Avon roped in the Nascar racer as its brand ambassador. Bob Briddon, the Vice President of Avon says that he is very happy about Carl Edwards being a part of the Avon advertising campaign, and he is looking forward to an exciting professional relationship with the racing icon.
Bob Briddon describes the Turn 4XT as an oriental woody fresh scent which will enable the fans of Carl Edwards enjoy the masculinity and strength that the Nascar rider stands for. The fragrance will be launched in the US by next month and will be available through Avon representatives in the country. Carl Edwards is the next celebrity after the likes of Zoe Saldana, Courteney Cox and Herve Leger to team up with Avon.
