While a chunk of Bollywood celebrities were spotted at the airport, leaving for IIFA Awards in the US without casting their vote; many other celebrities were spotted at poll booths too.
Celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Varun Dhawan, Vidya Balan, Ranveer Singh, Shilpa Shetty, Dia Mirza,amongst many others, made sure they cast their vote.
Some of them also posted a selfie on their microblogging page, encouraging everyone else to vote too.
On the other hand, big celebrities like Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar, etc. left the city in order to attend the IIFA.
