Chlo Moretz has revealed she "freaked out" during a recent flight.

The 14-year-old actress travels all over the world to work on movies, but suffered a scare which made her fear for her safety. Chlo usually finds ways to distract herself when she is on a plane - but she struggled to remain calm when she began experiencing heavy turbulence.

"Ooh! I hate flying. A few days ago, I had a panic attack on a small plane. I read and listen to music, but as soon as it shakes, I freak out," she told French magazine Jalouse. "It could be because of the lack of control, the idea of being stuck in the sky."

Chlo says she never travels without a special keepsake. She believes this will keep her safe wherever she goes.

"It's irrational, but if I have my lucky charm, a cuddly rabbit, I feel better," she explained.

Chlo loves being in the movie industry and hopes she will enjoy a long career.

The teenager has her sights set on playing a character made famous by Vivien Leigh when she is older.

"I hope that I'll be still an actress; there are so many characters that I dream to play," she replied when asked where she sees herself when she is 30. "For example, and even though I know it's a lot to ask, I love Scarlett [O'Hara] in Gone with the Wind."
