Extremely loved, veteran actress Manorama was admitted into a private hospital in Chennai on Saturday, following breathing complaints.

The actress who is known for her exceptional acting throughout the south has been keeping unwell. A special team of doctors examined the veteran comedienne and character artiste and are providing the treatment.

She will be discharged soon, they added. 

The actress will next be seen in Suriya's 'Singam 2', a Telugu film and in 'Peraandi', where she plays a typical cliché grandmother.

It is said that Manorama is keen on only taking up projects that she can handle, keeping her health issues in mind.
