(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are apparently healing the rift in their marriage.

The Grey's Anatomy star checked into rehab back in June just as his wife announced she was expecting their second child.

They have apparently been living separate lives for months as the 38-year-old actor tries to get back on his feet and maintain full sobriety.

But Star magazine reports that the prospect of another baby has brought them back together and they can't wait for the new addition to their family to arrive this winter.

The couple are already parents to 20-month-old baby girl Billie, and they have recently been seen spending lots of time together with their daughter.

Eric is said to be determined to keep his family together.

"Eric took his rehabilitation seriously and worked hard," an insider close to the couple said. "I don't think it would have happened if he hadn't had another baby on the way."

Rebecca was rarely seen with Eric when he first came out rehab and was often spotted without her wedding ring on.

But the couple are now said to be happy again and relieved their relationship is back on track.

"Eric let Rebecca know he was sorry," the source added. "In the end, she loves him, so she took him back." (C) Cover Media
