It hasn’t been long that ‘Singham’ fame baddie Prakash Raj was finalized as the new antagonist for the much awaited ‘Dabangg 2’. And now we hear that Prakash himself is too excited to be a part of the anticipated film. The announcement was made on the festive eve of Diwali and hence Prakash tags it as the best Diwali gift that he could have ever got.

According to Prakash Raj, landing in a role opposite Salman is the best thing that he could’ve asked for. He further revealed that he is looking forward to team up with Salman after briefly working with him in his 2009 blockbuster film ‘Wanted’. Prakash further stated that he loves working with Salman as he never interferes in others work. When quizzed about replacing Sonu Sood in the sequel,  Prakash quoted that the film was offered to him by film’s producer-director Arbaaz and he accepted the offer because he wanted to and hence doesn’t care if someone has a problem with the casting, he quoted that it is for them to deal with it.
