The challenging star Darshan, has taken on a guest role, meaning that his box office rating has not dipped. Out of a closeness to the producer and actor of 'Mesthri', he has done a five day shoot of one mind blowing action scene and one important scene. Producer cum actor Balu, was earlier seen in 'Anu' Kannada film. He is playing the hero opposite Rani, who is already seen in four Kannada films. Darshan has accepted this film only because his role gives a new twist to the entire film and he is there to treat his fans in an action scene. He had earlier played a similar guest role for his debut film production and that was also the debut of his younger brother Dinakar. That was 'Jothe Jotheyali' and again in the powerful star Puneeth Rajakumar's film 'Arasu', he was in the last scene of a film with another actor Aditya.
