After a round of throwing accusations on each other, actor Deepika Padukone has decided to get back on the board of Taurani's "Race 2".

According to industry insiders, after meeting producer Ramesh Taurani yesterday, Deepika realised that it wouldn't
be in her best interest to contest the filmmaker on monetary grounds. The damages that Taurani claimed he would ask from the actress might be too high for Deepika.

According to another source Dharmesh Tiwari asked Deepika to stay away from monetary hassles and allot dates to Taurani.

When contacted, Tiwari replied, "There is no final settlement yet. Deepika has spoken to me. I met her on Wednesday. But yes, we expect this fight to end in the next 48 hours."

It has been reported that Deepika will be back in "Race 2" but she has laid down her own set of terms and conditions and one of them being giving out fixed dates to the project.

"Deepika has five points of concern. If the producers of "Race 2" are interested in having her back on board, they will have to look into the conditions. Now the ball is in their court," said a friend of the actress told the tabloid.
