The dimple actress, Deepika Padukone is all set to make her first release of the year 2015, which is Shoojit Sircar’s 'Piku'. Deepika plays the titular role in Piku, while Irrfan Khan will essay the role of a taxi company owner, Rana.

For the first time, the two has been romantically paired opposite each other.Apart from them, Amitabh Bachchan is playing Deepika's father and the film basically revolves around the father-daughter relationship.

Deepika says that she plays a relatable character in the film and Piku can be found in every girl. Deepika will also be seen in Imtiaz Ali's next, 'Tamasha'.

Piku is all set to hit the screens the coming Friday, May 8, 2015.
