One of the top models of her time, the then supermodel Deepika Padukone took the plunge from the modeling world when she marked her debut as Bollywood actress with the film ‘Om Shanti Om’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the year 2007.

From being a top model to being a top notch actress, Deepika Padukone has come a long way. Often her busy professional life and hectic schedule leaves her with hardly any time to relive her good-old-days. But recently when she walked the ramp at a fashion week, she relived her modeling days and was too elated to be back on the ramp. Though this was not for the first time when she walked the ramp as a Bollywood star and not as a model but yet she got nostalgic at that moment.

Deepika says that walking on the ramp reminds her of the hustle bustle days that she had gone through during her modeling days. From the high-end five days of the fashion week to the trial session and the hullaballoo around the whole fashion extravaganza, Deepika stated that she enjoyed it all.

Deepika stated that though she enjoys her profession as an actress, she at times misses her ‘modeling’ career as well.
