Demi Lovato has "trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it" in the past.
The 19-year-old former Disney star experiences strong urges to "rock and roll" from time to time.
Demi will always find herself entertained as long as something destructible is in the vicinity.
"I break things. I've trashed dressing rooms just for the hell of it," the songstress told New York City's Z100 radio station Thursday. "I like to throw things when I'm bored."
The objects that Demi plays with sometimes counterattack.
"[I throw lunch meat on the ceiling just] for fun," she explained. "I was trying to catch the deli meat on the ceiling it ended up turning into kind of a food fight!"
Demi declined to comment on the other shenanigans she involves herself with.
"I've done some pretty rock and roll things that I probably shouldn't talk about," she laughed.
Although she may be brave, Demi admits that being followed around by a crew to film her recently released MTV documentary was a challenge at times as she star felt very exposed.
"I felt like a Kardashian. I wasn't used to having cameras around all the time," Demi said. "It was out of comfort zone, but it was definitely an experience. It was for the better."
Demi entered a rehab facility in October 2010 to receive treatment for her emotional issues and eating disorders.
The starlet has been open about her personal struggles and recently aired a documentary on MTV about the adversity she faced called Demi Lovato: Stay Strong.
