December 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Dick Clark, the legendary show-host on ABC is all geared-up to be with his audience this New Year's Eve. He will be present at the Times Square from 10pm onwards till the clock chimes in the next year. The crystal ball at the Square will be decked up with 2688 crystals this year with the 'Let There Be Love' theme.

Dick has been hosting the show since 1972, until 2004, when he suffered a stroke. And so, his third outing on the Square since then, is expected to be rejoiced by his fans on television. Accompanying Dick would be his faithful accomplise since 2005, Ryan Seacrest. The duo, would also welcome a string of celebrity performers to entertain America!

Among those who would come-in on the show would be Jennifer Hudson, Willow Smith and Avril Lavigne. The show thus seeks to garner the highest TRPs for the night on American television!

The Black Eyed Peas, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were some of the names the show had featured in its 2010 celebrations. Fergie, from 'Black Eyed Peas' would be present this year too on the show, giving people updates on which celebrity is doing what at the night-long celebrations!
