The celebrations for festival of lights has begun and B-town celebs are enjoying every bit of it. While some celebs enjoy the festival with their families, the others don't get a chance to visit their families due to several work commitments. Deepika Padukone is one such celebrity who has shifted her base to Mumbai from Bangalore. And this time she will be visiting her family in Bangalore for the festival.

According to a source, "Next week onward, Deepika will begin shooting for Padmavati. It is going to be hectic, and the weekend is the only time that she will get to spend with her family. Since Diwali falls during the weekend (Sunday, October 30), the actor will fly to Bangalore to celebrate the festival with them."

The actress wants to spend quality time with her family before she gets occupied with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next 'Padmavati.' So here's wishing Dippy and her family a very happy diwali.
