The huge success of the show has ensured its cast are now major stars, with Ed revealing that hes relishing the opportunity to take advantage of his new found fame. The 23-year-old is on the lookout for a potential romantic partner but does have strict guidelines on her potential make up.

Ed, who has previously enjoyed an on/off relationship with his co-star Jessica Szohr, declares any future wife of his must not take life too seriously.

I like somebody who is their own person. Someone who is happy-go-lucky, supports me and makes me laugh. Thats all Im looking for. Im not looking for hassle from anyone lifes too short for that, he told Cosmopolitan magazine.

Ed admits he has been tempted by more volatile women in the past but has since become more blas regarding stunning women. Instead he prefers dating girls who are fully self-sufficient.
