Bollywood's latest entry, Nikhil Dwivedi, who recently exchanged rings with his long-time girlfriend Gauri, had to postpone his honeymoon due to the diktat that came from his producer Ekta Kapoor. Nikhil, who stars in Ekta's next home production 'Shor in the City', was all set to leave the country on the 10th of April 2011 for a planned honeymoon to Cape Town but due to his professional commitment towards Ekta Kapoor, he had to change his honeymoon plans.

Ekta wanted Nikhil to stay in the city as the film is slated for release in the near future and Nikhil is required here to promote the film from his side, as he too is one of the leads in the film. In spite of his many requests to Ekta, things didn't work out and Nikhil had to postpone his honeymoon until after the film releases.
