December 17, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Eminem had been a fading star around this time the last year. But his fans would be happy to note that he has been awarded the second most musically newsworthy guy by MTV. While about a year back he had come out to share with people his horrid experiences of being a drug abuser through his album Relapse, this year saw him going all out to meet his fans, release a new album Recovery and joining hands with other big names to entertain everyone.

Billboard Hot 100 saw him getting his Not Afraid debut right at the top slot. When Recovery released, instead of the much expected Relapse 2, people grabbed it on a massive scale, and making the album the highest seller of the year. It has sold about three million copies since its release so far!

Detroit and New York saw Eminem performing live with Jay Z for a welcoming change. Due to these too, Eminem revoked much of his aura among his fans around the globe! And tomorrow, he will be seen on television with Lil Wayne on Saturday Night Live. Well, we do not know what has motivated the singer so much this year, but his career sure is rocking the right way now!
