(Cover) - EN Star Style - Emma Watson has praised the wig she donned in scenes for the final Harry Potter movie.
The 21-year-old actress showed off a change of image last year, when she cut off her trademark long hair and styled it into a pixie crop.
The star was cast as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies in 2001, and was contractually obliged to keep her locks long.
But after dramatically changing her hairstyle after production had called a wrap on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 some scenes needed to be re-shot. Emma was impressed with the quality of the wig she was provided with, and thinks it looks very natural.
We did some re-shoots before Christmas and obviously I had cut all my hair off because wed officially had the last day [of filming], she laughed in an interview with the BBC. So I did have to wear a wig. But youd never know. Id be amazed if anyone could tell where that scene slots in.
The stunning star has become a fashion icon of late. The young actress was named Style Icon at the Elle Style Awards in February and has collaborated with top designers such as Alberta Ferretti. Emma says her love for fashion progressed in line with her acting career.
I think I was 11, 12 years old when I went on my first red carpet. Dressing and fashion just became part of my life and my world and what I was doing so it was just something that I started loving, she added. (C) Cover Media
