(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Emmy Rossums divorce from Justin Sigel has been finalised, with the actress agreeing to pay her ex-husband $57,500.

The 24-year-old married the music executive in secret in 2008, after theyd been dating for a year and a half. Despite the union the couple pretended they were simply boyfriend or girlfriend for many months, with Justin eventually filing for divorce in September 2009.

On Tuesday, documents were filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court detailing the agreements to end the marriage.

Emmy has been awarded the pairs house in Beverly Hills, and will also keep jewellery and other personal items. In turn, Justin will walk away with the $11,200 deposit placed on another property, a Mercedes and some jewellery and clothes.

Justin had asked for spousal support, but his request has been denied. Emmy wont get any either, and has agreed to stump up a one-off payment of $57,500.

Since her relationship with Justin broke down Emmy has dated Counting Crows singer Adam Duritz. The pair are no longer together, but she still counts the 46-year-old as a close friend. (C) Cover Media
