Emraan Hashmi is one of the most bankable stars of recent times. Having back to back super hits to his credit, Emraan today is amongst the top slot actors who have one of the most impressive track records in films.

He today recalls how it all started with working as an assistant behind the camera and performing in front of it today, "I started around 10 years ago as the assistant director for 'Raaz'. I never thought I'd be an actor then, but due to the turn of events I got into films. And up until a few years ago, I was struggling with films, making mistakes. But everything's changed now," said Emraan who started working as an assistant director for 'Raaz' and now is acting in the sequel 'Raaz 3' as a superstar.

Tables have turned we must say. But Emraan being the humble one, claims that for him every day is a learning experience that he really cherishes. "I don't feel any pressure as I concentrate on my performance; every day is a learning experience for me. I am willing to learn more," he added. 

He further revealed that criticism doesn't bother him. "My priority is doing good films. What people feel or think doesn't affect me. I believe that one needs to have conviction to be successful," he quoted.
