Emraan Hashmi is undergoing multiple training sessions for his role as former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin — in an upcoming biopic.

While he has got himself formally trained in playing cricket, we now hear that the actor will soon test his linguistic skills as well. There are certain portions of the film where Emraan will be required to speak in Tamil.

Though he is not familiar with the language, he will be soon start taking classes to learn the basics so that he can communicate better. He will be taking these lessons from a professional starting mid-March.

He confirmed the news, "Yes, I'm learning to speak in Tamil for the role as it is necessary. It will be a course of eight weeks and I'm looking forward to learning a new language," he said.
