The 32-year-old rap star often sports more urban attire, although in her turn as a model for the Heart Truth Red Dress fashion show - a fashion event raising awareness of heart disease - she had the chance to don more glamorous attire.

Yesterday the songstress and stars including Denise Richards and Dita Von Teese strutted their stuff for charity, and Eve admits wearing ladylike attire made a nice change.

"It makes me feel like a lady," she said of her red David Meister dress in an interview with MTV before the show. "Which is nice! I want to go to a ball in it! It's beautiful. I definitely will have to have good posture in this dress. It's a beautiful dress."

Eve felt Davids gowns were the perfect choice for her runway venture, especially because they have such a wonderful shape. The beauty wasnt convinced of the power of her swagger, so she hoped the robes structure would help create movement.

From what I know about David's dresses, they are very elegant. They are very pretty. I did want to wear something that would sway with me on the runway, just because I'm not a model and I'm not trying to do a crazy walk.
