(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Fergie finds it attractive that her husband Josh Duhamel is so dedicated to charitable causes.

The Black Eyed Peas singer has been married to the handsome actor since 2009 and the couple are more in love than ever. Fergie is proud of her husbands career achievements, but is also in awe of his generous nature. Josh helped to organise a star-studded charity run in Santa Monica last month - to raise funds for the victims of the recent devastating natural disaster in Japan - and Fergie is thrilled to be married to such a philanthropic man.

"I'm so proud, because a few tragedies have happened and [Josh] just got up and had this idea to create a run," Fergie told ET. "It's really attractive that [my] husband thinks of these things."

Proceeds from the charity run went to the Red Cross and Josh is determined to continue raising awareness about those who still need help in Japan. He hopes people wont forget about the natural disaster and will continue to donate generously to the relief fund.

"There's usually a media blitz at the beginning with something like this and then they go on to the next thing," Josh explained at the American Red Cross, Santa Monica Chapter's Annual Red Tie Affair on Saturday. "Right now Japan is really hurting and I think that people should remember that."

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton also attended the Red Cross event at the weekend. She has revealed she is committed to the volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that is dedicated to helping those in crisis.

There's so many charities out there but the Red Cross is one that you can really trust, and I think that's why so many people are behind it, Paris said. (C) Cover Media
