More trouble seems to be surrounding the makers and cast of the upcoming movie 'The Accidental Prime Minister'. An FIR is lodged against the actor Anupam Kher, Akshaye Khanna and 15 others in Muzaffarpur court in Bihar.
A complaint was filed in Kanti Police Station under the supervision Sub Divisional Judge (East), Gaurab Kamal. When the complainant, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha was hurt after watching the promos and felt that prominent figures of Indian political world being shown in the bad light.
The complaint filed has the actor's names who are portraying influential figures on screen. Such as Anupam Kher (who plays Manmohan Singh), Akshaye Khanna (who plays Sanjaya Baru), Suzanne Bernert (who plays Sonia Gandhi), Arjun Mathur (who plays Rahul Gandhi), Vimal Verma (who plays Lalu Prasad Yadav), Avter Saini (who plays Lal Krishna Advani) and a few more.
The advocate had lodged his complaints under IPC sections 295, 153, 153A, 293, 504 and 120B which relate to promoting enmity between different groups, sale of obscene objects, insult with intent to provoke breach of peace and criminal conspiracy.
