(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Florence Welch spent the Christmas holiday in bright pyjamas and "masses of costume jewels".
The British singer enjoyed a relaxed holiday with her family in the UK.
Despite being considered one of the most stylish women in the world, Florence has confessed to spending most of the festive period in her comfort clothes.
"I've decided that as long as I'm wearing lots of costume jewellery, then I'm dressed, so I spent the whole time in lavish, brightly patterned pyjamas, masses of costume jewels and my paper crown," she smiled.
Florence was back to her usual self yesterday, when she performed at the opening of the Harrods sale in London. The red-haired beauty arrived in a green vintage double decker bus and donned a sheer black Chanel floor-length gown and wool cape by Karl Lagerfeld.
The star and her band Florence + the Machine thrilled shoppers with a live rendition of their hit What the Water Gave Me from their new album Ceremonials.
Florence admitted she was terrified after completing the record. She couldn't bear to listen to the songs for a while for fear that she would want to start all over again.
"After Lungs [their first album], I had discovered the sound I wanted to make and was given the chance to go as far as I could with it," she said in an interview with British magazine, Stylist. "I couldn't listen to Ceremonials for a week after we finished, because I was scared I could hate it." (C) Cover Media
