My Diet - It mostly revolves around litres of milk, dozen of eggs, almonds, and parothas (Smiles).
I begin my day with: A wholesome breakfast consisting mainly of 10-12 eggs. I prefer having boiled or poached eggs. I also have a glass of milk with bananas, because my nutritionist has asked me to.
My lunch: I love paneer and eat a lot of it. I am extremely happy if I get paneer bhurji or palak paneer. I am fond of dal and chhole; I am quite a desi in my taste. Also, I need parothas in every meal. My food is incomplete without parothas
My evening snack: Post my practice, I have egg whites and a glass of milk shake.
My dinner: My dinner is pretty heavy consisting of vegetable soup, sprout salad for my protein intake along with my favorite desi ghee ka khana.
My fridge always contains: I love gulab jamun and ras malai ..theyre completely irresistible.
