W. Hansraj Saxena, the chief executive officer, is in for more trouble. On Friday, one more producer filed a complaint against him, over the satellite rights of the Arjun starrer 'Vallakottai', which hit the screens last year.
In his complaint, producer T. D. Raja alleged that Saxena and three others had cheated him of Rs. 55 lakhs. He claimed that they bought the satellite rights of 'Vallakottai' for Rs 70 lakhs from him and sold it to Sun TV for Rs 1.25 crores.
According to reports, when Raja approached Saxena, through Ayyappan, over selling the telecast rights of 'Vallakottai', he was asked to meet Suresh, who runs Blue Sky Agency. There, Raja was forced to transfer the rights to Blue Sky for Rs. 70 lakhs. He learnt in the same evening that the film had been sold to Sun TV for Rs 1.25 crores.
