(Cover) - EN Showbiz - George Clooney doesnt think getting older is affecting his career.

The 49-year-old actor has enjoyed a hugely successful Hollywood career spanning four decades, and he shows no signs of slowing down.

George doesnt understand when movie stars complain about getting older, as hes happy to move into portraying more fatherly characters.

I dont think it makes much of a difference that Im the father now in movies Im past the brother part, they dont let me do that one anymore, he laughed in an interview with the British edition of OK! magazine.

Now Im just the father guy. I dont know when that happened but its happening now.

It isnt just professionally George feels content, hes also thrilled with the way his personal lifes panning out. The laidback star says hes always been grateful to be so successful, and sees no reason to complain.

My life is pretty good. I have great friends and family. Im making the kind of movies I want to make. Ive got my health... I am very mellow. My attitude has always been the same, which is that Im really happy, I have a really good life and I enjoy it, he beamed. (C) Cover Media
