Gerard Butler: I'm worn out

13th September 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Gerard Butler admits he is feeling "frazzled".

The Scottish actor has been promoting his new movies Coriolanus and Machine Gun Preacher at the Toronto International Film Festival. Gerard is proud of his latest work, but finds it exhausting to be so in demand.

"Everyone wants to grab me for a second and I have to say no. Everyone is going up to me. You end up frazzled," he told USA Today at a party on Monday night.

Gerard loves visiting Toronto. He is a huge fan of the Canadian city and wishes he had more free time to sightsee.

"It's been busy. It's been full-on. But it's been extra-special because I have two movies here and I'm really proud of both of them. They've been received well," he explained. "I've spent four days in rooms doing interviews. By tonight, I was a little bit spun out, fried. I love this city. I hate being stuck in a room here. I look out the window and see everyone out and about - any chance I get, I get out. "

Harvey Weinstein, head of the Weinstein Company, took over the pop-up Soho House club on Monday. Gerard wasn't the only famous face to make an appearance at the bash.

Madonna who is promoting W.E. was spotted, while W.E. actress Abbie Cornish and Coriolanus director Ralph Fiennes were seen enjoying a glass of red wine. (C) Cover Media
