Gowtham Menon denies rumors on Hindi VTV shelved
21st December 2010
Couple of days back, the news on airs spread that Hindi remake of 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya' has been shelved. It was mentioned that Prateik Babbar has walked out of the project and Amy Jackson couldn't do well with her emotions as Indian girl.
But Gowtham Menon refuses them as baseless rumors saying that the film is not dropped, but is in a small pause. The filmmaker admits that Prateik Babbar is busy now in the promotional campaign of his upcoming film 'Dhobi Ghat' produced by Aamir Khan and directed by his wife Kiran Rao, which marks her debut directorial.
Soon after completing it, Prateik Babbar will resume the shooting and Amy Jackson has taken a training of one month time to learn the mannerisms of an Indian girl.
