2.0's Hindi version rakes 20.25cr despite of non-festive release

Shankar's '2.0' had been garnering lots of anticipation from across India for the matter of fact that superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood's ace actor Akshay Kumar are starring together for the very first time. This grand scale film had opened quite grand as the Hindi version of 2.0 has minted a staggering 20.25 cr which is an exceptional start.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the figures and tweeted, "Non-holiday release... Non-festival period... Yet, #2Point0 takes a SUPER START... Keeping in mind the fact that it’s a dubbed film + advance bookings opened very late, the biz is STRONG... Thu ₹ 20.25 cr. India biz. Note: HINDI version."

While the film is earning handsomely down south and even in the overseas market.

In Kerela, it raked 4.15 CR, trade analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted, "At the #Karnataka Box office, #2Point0 has grossed an early estimate of 8.25 Crs for Day 1" While it opened with 2.65 cr in Chennai and raked 18.5 cr with the Telugu version.

Talking about the overseas figures this Shankar film has grossed $350K in the US. The film also earned Rs. 59 lakhs ($83,720) from 35 screens in Australia and Rs 11.11 lakhs ($15,920) in New Zealand from 18 screens.
